Design Director is the most important role in the creative studio. He manages a team, develops creative directions and delegates creative tasks to the rest of the team. He observes and anticipates peoples’ needs, is capable to defend his concepts and accept suggestions. Design Director manages his clients’ brands. 

Position

  • Developing creative directions
  • Design of packaging visual identities, digital media…
  • Developing creative concepts and stirring creativity inside the team
  • Managing and inspiring the creative team, with a goal to deliver highquality design while respecting the deadlines and the budget given
  • Quality control of the creative solutions
  • Setting the priorities and organization, observing and control of theexecution of internal plans
  • Creative concepts presentation
  • Maintaining efficiency inside the creative team
  • Trend watching in the creative industry and technology of realizationof creative solutions

Skills

  • Have perfect knowledge of typography and have the “eye for details”
  • Understand the market and the client
  • Have a capability to transform a brief into a good creative solution
  • Be capable to work in a team with a goal to develop concepts
  • Be well organized
  • Respect deadlines and pay attention to maintaining quality

  • Be able to multitask and work on multiple projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of agency experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • A distinctive portfolio with projects which confirm that you have
  • extensive experience in all the creative disciplines stated above
  • Experience in the design process and design production
  • Proficiency in MacOS platform
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe CS environment
  • We will take into consideration references and letters
